Services & Nature of Work
Web Rank Makers offers Search Engine Optimization and associated Digital Marketing Services, including, but not limited to, SEO strategy creation, SEO audits, technical SEO deployment, keyword research, digital consultation, content optimization advice, site visibility creation, link building (only ethical), and traffic growth strategies.
These services are offered according to the scope, the duration, the deliverables, as well as the terms agreed with the clients before the onboarding process. The business objectives, competition, budget, and the digital structure of a client are tailored to every SEO campaign and implementation strategy.
We offer these services to achieve the best visibility of the websites on the search engines and strengthen the brand presence on the internet, though the results are bound to be different based on the industry, competition, the search trends, the search engine developments, and other market dynamics that are out of our control.
Acceptance of Terms
When you utilize our site or buy our services, you are indicating that you have completely accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal policies posted on this site.
You also attest that you are 18 years and above or legally authorized to represent a company or an organization. Use of the site means that you agree to the validity of these Terms to form a legally binding agreement between you and Web Rank Makers (WRM).
Outcomes may Differ
Although WRM uses industry best, ethical, and data-driven methods of optimizing the use of search engines to advance search visibility and drive higher traffic performance, search engine results cannot be guaranteed. Search engines operate independently, update algorithms without notice, and their ranking rules are triggered by the changing parameters.
In this regard, then WRM is not provided with guaranteed rankings, predetermined traffic targets, predetermined conversion targets, and guaranteed business targets. SEO is a long-term, gradual process which requires the cooperation of the clients, the state of the website, the quality of the content, and the market dynamics.
We are only doing best practices and understanding to facilitate growth, but in the end, the results are determined by the different external factors that are beyond our reach.
Responsibilities of the Clients and Cooperation
Customers who hire WRM are willing to share the right business information, ready access to websites and analytical tools, and an active collaboration to execute strategies that are recommended.
This can encompass having access to a CMS of websites, hosting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or a marketing dashboard, and other applicable tools that will be required to conduct effective SEO.
The clients should provide proper content, business information, product/service details, log-in information (where necessary), and other required materials. Any delays in the delivery of requested resources, approvals, or access may affect the performance and timelines of the campaign, which WRM is not accountable for.
The client should also make sure that there is conformity between their website content and the business operations with the laws and ethical practices.
Payment Terms & Billing
All services provided by WRM are paid services unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made in advance or in accordance with mutually agreed milestones. Invoices should be paid during or within the due dates. Any neglect to do so can lead to a temporary suspension or an unliable and unnoticeable termination of services.
Once work has started or resources have been allocated, payments are non-refundable but only in some cases. Any promotional deals, discounts, or special pricing are at the discretion and may not always apply to all clients or be in place at any given time.
In case a client decides to cancel the services in the middle of a project, there is no refund except where it is written in a contract by WRM. Any other services that are requested in addition to the agreed scope of the project can be charged extra.
Ethical Service Policy
WRM is ethical SEO that is conducted according to the suggestions of the search engines.
We are not involved in or advocating black-hat search engine optimization, toxic linking, spamming, manipulated search engine rankings, click-bots, keyword stuffing, cloaking, or any form of violation of search engine policies.
The clients who demand such approaches can lose their contract at once without getting their money back.
We uphold ethical conduct in every SEO practice and encourage our clients to endorse ethical practices for sustainable online growth.
Intellectual Property/Content
Any SEO report, strategy, framework, presentation, templates, and proprietary methodologies that WRM has created are the intellectual property of WRM, except where otherwise noted.
The deliverables can be used only for their own business purposes and cannot be resold, copied, re-published, or shared with our proprietary content without authorization by the clients. Logos, images, and content that are owned by the client are the property of the client.
The client should not violate the rights of third parties by sharing any content, materials, or data, and the client has all liability for the content that he/she provide.
Third-Party Platforms & Tools
WRM can employ third-party platforms, SEO tools, plugins, hosting dashboards, analytics platforms, and reporting tools to execute its services.
These platforms are not under our possession, and we have no control over the downtime or errors, feature changes, system failures, or loss due to third-party service failures.
Any subscriptions to advanced services that would be charged to the client separately, any third-party contractor would be required to pay.
Website Usage & Restrictions
Users cannot duplicate the written materials, code, designs, images, text, blogs, guidelines, branding contents, or training materials on the website of WRM without any written authorization.
Any form of misuse, plagiarism, illegal distribution, hacks, or any unlawful activity will result in legal proceedings as per the Indian cyber law and intellectual property law.
The content and the site are only intended to be used for informational and service purposes, and misuse of the material or platform resources is strictly forbidden.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall WRM and its founders (Mehtab, Jatin, Imran), employees, or affiliates be liable to financial losses, ranking drops, damage to websites, business interruptions, loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages due to the use of our services or websites.
The limit of the liability of WRM, in case it is established in line with the relevant law, will not exceed the amount of the service fees paid by the client.
Confidentiality
We keep all business information received by us confidential. Clients should also not reveal WRM strategies, reports, internal processes, or agreements with third parties without written permission. This is an obligation besides service termination
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions will be subject to the laws of India. The jurisdiction of any contentious issue that may occur as a result of this agreement will reside solely with the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Modifications & Updates
WRM may revise, change, or amend these Terms and Conditions to fit any given situation at any point without any prior notice. Using our website and services after updating means that we imply that we have accepted the changed terms.
